Mitch Warren

I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010, holding a Cert III, Cert IV, and Diploma in Fitness, and over that time I’ve worked with a huge variety of clients, from everyday people wanting to improve their health, to athletes chasing peak performance in their sport.

My own background in sport is just as varied: BMX, AFL, indoor netball, tennis, karate, jujutsu, Muay Thai, motocross, mountain biking, squash, cricket, soccer, and more. This experience has shaped my understanding of performance, injury prevention, and the mental side of training. It also means I know there’s no single “right” way to train every program should be built for the individual.

At MHR Online, my coaching philosophy is simple: consistency is the key. Massive changes don’t come from one perfect week, but from stringing together small wins, week after week. That’s why my programs focus on realistic, sustainable training that delivers results without burning you out.
