About The Coach
Mitch Warren
I’ve been coaching for a long time now, since 2010.
I’ve coached all sorts of people in that time. Athletes, beginners, people coming back from injury, people who lost confidence, people trying to find some structure again, everything in between.
And the longer I’ve done this, the more obvious it’s become to me that training isn’t just about training.
It’s about life.
I’ve had periods where training was easy and I could push hard.
And I’ve had periods where life was full, work, kids, injuries, stress, and even just showing up was a win.
I’ve had injuries.
I’ve had setbacks.
I’ve rebuilt myself more than once.
Three shoulder recos, torn hammies, broken bones, crushed fingers, concussions, the lot.
It teaches you something real:
Training can’t be built on perfection.
Because life isn’t perfect.
What matters is:
-
showing up with what you’ve got
-
being consistent more often than not
-
learning how your body works
-
adjusting when life changes
That’s why I coach the way I do now.
I don’t just write programs.
I coach people to understand their training, the “why” behind it, so they can actually keep progressing long term.
Because I’ve lived it.
I’ve trained through full schedules, shift work, dad life, being tired, being mentally cooked, being injured.
I know what it takes to make training work in the middle of real life, not just when everything is perfect.
So what I bring to coaching is:
-
Real world expectations
-
Practical structure
-
No ego
-
No “all or nothing” bullshit
-
Just consistent progress built around your life
Training should support you.
Not compete with your responsibilities.
If you train with me, you’ll learn how to train with purpose, not just effort.
How to build strength that actually transfers to life.
And how to do it in a way that’s sustainable, not something you have to restart every few months.
That’s what I coach.
Because that’s what I live.
