1. Digital Products & Coaching Services
All 12-week programs, downloadable resources, and other digital products are delivered electronically.
No physical products are shipped.
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive access to your chosen program or resource via direct download or email link.
2. Coaching Services
For 'Foundation', 'Progression', and 'Performance' coaching, additional agreements and onboarding processes may apply.
By purchasing a coaching service, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.
3. Health & Liability Disclaimer
All training programs, coaching services, and resources provided by MHR Online are intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
Our 'Foundation' programs are coach designed to achieve specific outcomes but do not take into account any previous or existing injuries, health conditions, or individual limitations. They are not tailored specifically to you.
By purchasing or using any MHR Online product or service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You participate at your own risk
MHR Online accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our programs, coaching services, or resources
You should seek professional medical advice before starting any new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, pre existing condition, or other health concerns
Always train responsibly, listen to your body, and stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital products (including 12 week programs, trackers, and resources) are non refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Coaching services may be eligible for partial refunds before the coaching period begins. Once services have started, refunds are not guaranteed and assessed case by case.
Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Intellectual Property
All MHR Online programs, resources, content, and branding are protected by copyright.
You are granted a personal, non transferable license to use purchased products for your own training only.
Sharing, reselling, or distributing our programs or coaching materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your email and account details are correct when making a purchase.
MHR Online is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MHR Online and its coaches are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our products, coaching services, or resources.
Participation in any training program or coaching service is at your own risk.
