At MHR Online, we’re committed to providing premium coaching, structured training programs, and digital tools to help you achieve your goals. Because of the nature of our services and products, we handle returns and refunds a little differently depending on what you’ve purchased.
Digital Products
(Foundation PDF Programs, Track Like a Pro, downloadable guides, etc.)

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once a program, guide, or resource has been accessed or downloaded.

Please double check your order before purchasing to ensure you’ve selected the correct product.

If you encounter a technical issue accessing your product, contact us and we’ll make sure you receive what you paid for.
Coaching Services
( Progression Coaching & Performance Coaching)

Coaching fees are billed based on the package you’ve chosen and cover access to customised training plans, ongoing support, and coaching services.

Change of mind refunds are not available once your coaching plan has commenced, as time, expertise, and resources are committed upfront.

If you need to pause or cancel future coaching sessions at the end of your 12 week block, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged.

In special circumstances - such as medical issues or significant personal changes, we may offer partial credits or reschedule your program. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Charges or Billing Issues
If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Our Commitment to Quality
We stand by our coaching methods and digital programs. If you feel something doesn’t meet the quality promised, reach out to us, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
